Its five-vane mechanism delivers a displacement of 96 mL/rev, operating within a speed range of 800–7,800 RPM (peak 8,400 RPM). The compressor meets rigorous pressure resistance standards, withstanding 6.5 MPa (66 kgf/cm²) on the discharge side and 2.5 MPa (26 kgf/cm²) on the suction side for 1 minute. Its maximum allowable oil leakage is limited to 14 g/year under 0.98 MPa conditions,further ensuring reliability. Engineered for durability and efficiency, the automotive ac compressor undergoes stringent OEM validation to perform consistently under both normal and high-stress driving conditions. With optimized vibration resistance and minimal maintenance requirements, the AC.100.4002 stands out as a reliable and ideal solution for modern automotive air conditioning systems.
